Dior at the V&A

I visited the Dior exhibition in Paris recently and I have now discovered that the
exhibition is coming to London at the V&A.

The exhibition starts February, click here to see more info.

The exhibition is amazing and full of inspiration, colour and design,
all of which can be transferred to your home design and accessories.

Happy Valentine's Day from Paris!

In Paris couples put a padlock with their initials written on, on to bridges
on the Siene to show their love for each other.

The Je t'aime wall on Square des Abbesses spells out "I love you" in every language.

Dior exhibition in Paris

I was fortunate enough to catch the Dior exhibition in Paris before it end at the
beginning of January.

The exhibition was full of amazing, beautiful dress, accessories and clothes.

The fabrics were just awesome!

So much detail in the embroidery.

The colours, fabrics and textures are so easy to transfer to your home.

For example an embroidered cushion and green throw would be perfect
accessories for Spring to update your home.

Bedroom inspiration

Green has become very popular this year in the home.

I first saw green being introduced into fashion last year
in Paris and it has since been filtered through
into interiors.

You don't need to add green everywhere into a scheme.

For instance, in the bedroom you can add a little
colour with accessories - cushions, throws, headboards
without going over the top.

These pieces are also easy to change when you
want to freshen up your scheme with another colour.

Would you use feature mural wallpaper?

I was shopping for mural wallpaper recently and came across this site, I love it!

Paris is one of my ultimate places to visit so naturally I love their range of Eiffel Tower murals.

Would you have a mural on your wall?

If so, what would you choose?
